Tim Crawley traveled to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) over the weekend for the 5th Annual Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial, which found the Arkansas driver pulling double duty in both the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) and WAR Sprint Car divisions.
Fifty-one drivers looked to conquer the opening night of the event in Lucas Oil ASCS competition. Tim fell short of qualifying for the feature via preliminary action aboard the Mike Ward Racing #88 Maxim Sprint Car, but a b-main win positioned him starting 17th on the grid for the finale. He would go on to advance to a 12th place finish.
WAR Sprint Car action found Crawley piloting the Hockett Motorsports #77x into battle against a field of forty-six racers. Tim earned the 11th starting spot for the main event before recording a 7th place finish.
On Saturday evening with fifty-one entries again taking part in the event, Tim started the night by winning his heat race in Lucas Oil ASCS action to lock into the 11th starting spot for the finale. He would go on to claw his way to a 4th place finish behind race winner, Brad Loyet, Derek Hagar, and Matt Covington.
With 46 entries registered for WAR Sprint Car action
Crawley raced into the main event in the 14th starting spot before retiring early to a 17th place finish.
