Mother Nature finally allowed Tim Crawley to return to action on Friday night as he piloted the John James #4J in the opener for the American Bank of Oklahoma Red River Region at Red River Speedway (Wichita Falls, Texas).
With 36 entries on hand Crawley earned the twelfth starting spot for the feature Via preliminary action. In the main event he enjoyed a great run as he marched forward to record a fourth place finish at the checkered flag behind race winner, Aaron Reutzel, Jake Martens, and Johnny Herrera. Saturday night took Tim to I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas), where he reutrned to the driver's seat of the Mike Ward Racing #88 Sprint Car. With twenty-four entries on hand Crawley earned the third starting spot for the feature. He chased Zach Pringle for much of the finale bfore settling into a second place finish behind Pringle at the checkered flag. Full results are available at www.I-30Speedway.com. |
