It was back to business on Wednesday night for Tim Crawley as he took his #88 Mike Ward Racing/GF1 Chassis into battle with the United Sprint Car Series (USCS) at Crowley's Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Arkansas).
With a field of 31 entries in the pit area Tim raced to the victory in the Hoosier Speed Dash before finishing second in his heat race. In the main event he started on the third row and would advance to a second place finish behind race winner, Derek Hagar.
Friday night took Tim to Diamond Park Speedway (Nashville, Arkansas) for another $2,000-to-win program with the USCS. He started his night by charging to a third place finish in his heat race, which made him the top point's earner. Unfortunately an invert of six was drawn for the main event, so Crawley started sixth in the main event. Despite have to come from the third row Tim charged to his eighth win of the season, which came over Marshall Skinner, Terry Gray, Zack Pringle, and Morgan Turpen.
Crawley concluded his busy weekend on Saturday night with a trip to I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for a Weekly Racing Series Event that drew a stout field of 34 entries to the 1/4 mile oval. After winning his heat race from the third starting spot he locked into the fourth starting spot for the finale. He raced in the top tive throughout the event before using a pass in the final corner of the final lap to score his ninth victory of the 2013 season. Zack Pringle, Derek Hagar, Cody Gardner, and Dalton Davis rounded out the top five finishers.
